The upgrade to version 23 is free for everyone with an active ATLAS.ti subscription, just log in to my. to enjoy the latest generation of the software. We also hear you loud and clear about the need for storing projects online to effortlessly access them across computers, and we're glad to say that our latest release includes a cloud storage options for ATLAS.ti Windows and Mac projects! With version 23, it is now possible to save your projects directly in the cloud, and you can access them again when you log into your ATLAS.ti account on any other computer (Windows or Mac).

I'm afraid I'm not sure what feature "dating families" refers to, but in case it helps, you can create groups within ATLAS.ti to organize any part of your project (such as documents, codes, memos, networks, etc.), and ATLAS.ti also automatically keeps track of the date when any object was created and modified. Additionally, as with any tool, it is important to remember that ATLAS.ti is always here to support and facilitate any research, but it does not replace critical thinking and evaluation of one's findings. It's true that data needs to be in a digital format to permit analysis and coding in the computer software, but we hope that ATLAS.ti's support for a wide range of data formats makes it easier to digitize your data (e.g., you can add scanned papers, photos, import directly from Evernote, and more). ATLAS.ti indeed offers a wide range of features to support qualitative data analysis, including organizing and coding data, visualizing relationships, and facilitating interpretation and theory building.
